2027 Outdoor Vendor Application

Thursday, February 4 - Monday, February 15, 2027

We are excited to invite you to apply for the 2027 Florida State Fair

Please note: submitting an application is a request for space only and does not guarantee acceptance or a contract. All applications are reviewed annually, and prior participation does not ensure selection.

Application Details

  • This application is for Outdoor Vendors only (not food & beverage).
  • Space rates: $185–$195 per front foot, based on location.
    (Garbage and electrical services are billed separately at prevailing rates.)
  • No payment is required at the time of application.
    If accepted, payment deadlines are October 14 and December 14.

Submission Requirements

Please complete the application with as much detail as possible and provide at least three photos:

  • Daytime display photo
  • Nighttime display photo
  • Product photo

Photos should closely represent the display you plan to bring. Display quality is a key factor in the highly competitive selection process.

Display Guidelines

Ensure your display emphasizes:

  • Visibility: strong presence and scale
  • Lighting: bright, engaging (LED, color, flash)
  • Design: unique, colorful, themed
  • Communication: clear signage, menus, flags

Requirements:

  • No pop-up tents. Tents must be commercial-grade, branded, fire-resistant, and properly secured (no staking permitted).
  • Professional, printed signage is required. No handwritten signs.
  • The Fair-issued vendor number sign must be clearly displayed.
